Rooms were completely gross. Nasty carpet, dirt on walls, tile grout infested with dirt and grime, shower caulking was nasty, the smell of the room was of body odor, air conditioner took a long time to cool, and the beds were uncomfortable

Never stay there! I went to their location and I arrive two hours after check in time around 5 o’clock they could not check me in. Their system was down. The person behind the desk told me that they wouldn’t charge me and that I could go to a different hotel. So I did I went right next door. They still charged me. Don’t stay there! They will rip you off. They couldn’t check me in and yet I still got charged. I even called corporate and they couldn’t do anything because this location is a franchise and individually owned. Don’t stay there!

The hotels appearance is very clean and neat. We were greeted by a friendly hostess. Our room was very clean. The bed linens smelled fresh and clean. The bed was comfortable. I simply loved the shampoo, conditioner and body was that was supplied in the room . The breakfast was the usual type you get at other hotels but it was freshly made and the dining area was clean and well stocked. The only thing I can say I noticed was the somewhat musty smell as we stepped off the elevator to go down to our room. Also, the lobby and hallway carpets could be cleaned.

Carpets are all stained up. Looks like they have never been cleaned. Walls in room have holes that are plugged with tissue paper.Furniture is need of repair or replaced all together.Elevator were thee should be a light letting you know if its going up of down is a piece of cardboard painted red

Highly recommend this hotel. The breakfast was one of the best laid out breakfasts we’ve had. The waffle maker worked perfectly and the coffee was HOT and fresh. Quiet rooms was a big plus. Staff was very friendly. Thank you.
